We’re committed to delivering thoughtfully designed pet essentials that bring comfort and joy to every wag and whisker — right to your doorstep.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that during holidays or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Times & Rates
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Orders over $75 CAD qualify for free standard shipping (before taxes and discounts).
Please note: delivery estimates do not include order processing time and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or carrier issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office before contacting us — we’re always happy to assist.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping costs.
Once shipped, we’re unable to reroute packages to a new address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work closely with our carriers to ensure smooth delivery, Wags and Whiskers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs processing.
If your order appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to woofwme@gmail.com — we’ll help investigate and find the best resolution.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within North America.
We’re working to expand our delivery areas soon so pets around the world can enjoy Wags and Whiskers too!
